Our Facility & Staff Located at 71st St. and Park Avenue at the prestigious 740 Building, our office provides a luxurious space for private consultations as well as a state-of-the-art surgical facility. Our compassionate and caring staff will make you feel secure and welcomed.

		When you arrive for your consultation, you will meet Nicole, our patient coordinator who will ask you to fill out some forms.
		She will then introduce you to our very enthusiastic and warm medical assistant, Jackie. Jackie, who has been a medic in the Air Force for ten years, will obtain further information from you regarding your reason for consultation and will stay with you during your interview with your doctor. After your consultation she will answer any additional questions you may have.
		Jackie will then introduce you to Dee, our most pleasant and lovely surgical coordinator and office manager. Dee will explain the fees to you, tell you what preoperative medical tests you need, may go through pre and postoperative pictures of the procedure the doctor recommends for you and will also schedule the surgery and help with the initial paper work.
		Our nurse practitioner Anita, R.N., N.P., will guide you through the pre and post operative process. She will care for you in the recovery room and for many of your follow up visits. She is also in charge of our Laser and Skin Treatment Program. After achieving an advanced nursing degree, Anita also completed extensive training and certifications in all areas of facial rejuvenation to include BOTOX®Cosmetic, facial contouring with dermal fillers, Fraxel®, Yag and Alexandrite lasers. Anita works in collaboration with the doctors to develop a safe and effective skin treatment program with minimal downtime to help you look and feel your best. Anita's philosophy is to select the highest quality products that have been thoroughly researched and tested to provide significant benefits to your skin.
		If you have surgery in the office you will meet our handsome and able anesthesiologist Dr. Tom Blanco who works with us 3 days every week as he has done for the past 18 years. He makes your anesthesia safe and pleasant and makes sure that you will feel well enough to go home soon after the procedure.
		Gina my gorgeous, pleasant and very efficient certified surgical technologist (CST) is an integral part of our surgical team. She will greet you with a big smile as you arrive in the operating room. Gina has sixteen years of operating room experience. She worked for ten years at Mount Sinai Hospital operating room and also spent three years as the clinical coordinator instructor for the Surgical Technology Program at Long Island University.

Of course, you will meet other nurses as well: those who will be with you during your surgery, those who will take care of you in the recovery room and those who may go home with you, if you choose. They may even stay with you till you feel safe enough to be home alone.

In the postoperative period, you will see both Anita and Jackie. They will take care of your surgical site and answer all your questions.

You may also then meet Kathy. She has been with us for 22 years and is our account manager. She will help you with filing any insurance forms if applicable and will answer all your billing questions.

Surgical Facility

Our private ambulatory surgery suite is one of only 500 in the world certified at the highest level by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, Inc. (AAAASF). Our highly trained and very experienced anesthesiologist and our superb OR staff have been working with us for 18 years. Any type of anesthesia can be administered safely. We have a three-bed recovery suite, which, like our OR, is equipped with all up-to-date monitoring equipment.

After discharge, we have set aside top hotel suites in the Carlyle where our patients can recover under the care of one of our experienced nurses.

Of course, the patient may also elect to have his/her procedure at any of the top hospitals.
